Aqua Global is hosting a joint webinar with Swift on Thursday 19 November at 2pm GMT, covering the Swift Case Management mandate and what banks need to have in place before it takes effect.
Swift is changing the way exceptions and investigations are handled across the network. Payment enquiries that have long been exchanged as free format MT messages are moving onto structured camt.110 and camt.111 messages, routed through Case Management, with in flow translation available for institutions that are not yet participants. The change affects every bank on the network, and it reaches further into daily operations than the message formats alone would suggest.
The session runs for 30 minutes and will cover where the deadlines currently stand, what each milestone requires of a bank in practice, how in flow translation works for institutions that have not yet joined Case Management, and the routes available for complying.
